They were torn between pitying and blaming the mother. Both during the game, but especially at the end. Taking part in the discussions between the kids of what it all meant was delightful. The game include mature topics kids should know about and reflect on, and this gives parents an opportunity to add to their reflection some important concepts of the social reality some children live in. It's a game for kids, and 12+ rating is beyond me. An evening to complete should do for adults, who won't find this scary at all, or hardly scary, although you will appreciate the novelty and artistic work of it, so it’s worth the time and money by any means.
